Welcome to the Western Cities HR Trading Post, a website developed through a collaborative effort involving over 80 Western Canadian local governments. The site's main goals are to provide the technology for participating HR departments and organizations to share salary information, documents and reports, serve as a repository for Western Canada's Local Government HR department information, and to provide a central issue discussion resource with interactive subject forums and peer HR participant contact information. In a nutshell, a great resource for a local government HR department.
